ASSET PRODUCTIVITY
Day & Zimmermann provides a full line of reliability, maintenance management, maintenance technology, and work process consulting services. We perform validations and assessments of maintenance fundamentals and strategies using best practice programs and tools. Assessments cover all categories of the maintenance function, with extensive focus around the core elements of work identification, planning, scheduling, execution, work closure, reporting, and associated strategies. Assessment results are compared to benchmarked measurements to determine gaps to best practice. The result is a thorough business case, outlining the potentials of cost savings and reliability improvement, and an executable plan of implementation services.

Day & Zimmermann delivers a team of skilled crafts people and supervisors to meet the challenges of day-to-day capital improvements, small projects, plant expansions, upgrades, and modifications. SHUTDOWNS, TURNAROUNDS, OUTAGES
Scheduled facility maintenance or debottlenecking shutdowns are a major expense and inconvenience for production. Day & Zimmermann provides turnaround/shutdown services, including manpower, supervision, engineering, planning, scheduling, and management. Our goal is to minimize downtime and provide a smooth startup and return to production.

STAFF AUGMENTATION
