HRO Today Reveals Annual RPO Baker's Dozen Customer Satisfaction Ratings

A coveted ranking on this high-profile list directly results from feedback gathered during a rigorous online survey process of RPO customers. This year, more than 900 individual responses were received, making the survey the largest body of research performed in the RPO market. In addition to ranking the top enterprise RPO organizations, HRO Today separated customer responses from Europe and the Asia Pacific region to generate distinct lists for those regions. Survey responses from healthcare provider companies were also amassed to produce HRO Today's first ever industry-specific list for healthcare RPO.
