Day & Zimmermann Awarded Program Management and Engineering Contract by Origin International

PHILADELPHIA, PA — November 22, 2019 — Day & Zimmermann (D&Z), the century-old, family-owned provider of construction and engineering, staffing and defense solutions for leading corporations and governments around the world, announced today that its Process & Industrial group has been awarded a contract by Origin International (Origin) to provide program management and engineering support for the manufacturing expansion project at the Baltimore Terminal in Maryland.

This contract represents the growth of Day & Zimmermann’s Process & Industrial division as it continues to increase the capital effectiveness of projects across the U.S. and win the trust of important players in the industry. Origin is one of the Mid-Atlantic region’s largest recyclers of used motor oil and lubricants. In the 41-acre Baltimore facility, Origin safely collects and refines used petroleum products and distributes them for reuse, as well as leases liquid and dry bulk storage space to corporate clients.

Origin acquired the Baltimore Terminal facility in March 2018.
