Day & Zimmermann, Engineering Company Launch Energy JV

Day & Zimmermann and engineering company WorleyParsons Ltd. have forged a joint venture for a turnkey project intended to support the U.S. energy sector.

Day & Zimmermann will integrate its engineering and maintenance group into WorleyParsons’ portfolios to create a product suite for building electric utilities and power supply systems, Electric Lights & Power reported Wednesday.

Andy Donaldson will serve as executive director of the venture, named Integrated Plant Solutions, and he will collaborate with Merrill Jones to lead the integrated plant solutions venture.
