This is Week 3 of PRIDE!  

PRIDE started in the late 1960s/early 1970s and has evolved to a month-long celebration across different parts of the world, but PRIDE means different things to different people, depending on who they are and importantly—where they work. Listen here to Caitlin Root, the co-chair of D&Z’s LGBT+ Allies Employee Resource Group, as she shares the meaning she places on PRIDE and how it relates to her workplace. Take it away Caitlin!
