Lisa Ann Cooney is Sr. Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary for Day & Zimmermann. She is a member of the Company's Leadership Council, which makes decisions regarding overall Company strategy and policy. She chairs the Company's Ethics & Compliance Committee and is a member of the Company's Executive Diversity & Inclusion Committee.
