Yoh Acquires Sci-Tek
PHILADELPHIA—March 8, 2007—Yoh, a leading provider of high-impact talent and outsourcing services, today announced that it has acquired Sci-Tek Professionals, a Morristown, N.J.-based boutique firm focused on the placement of specialists in high-end scientific and clinical research sectors. Purchase price for the acquisition has not been disclosed.

Prior to starting Sci-Tek in 2000, Frisch served as a regional Vice President of Kforce (NASDAQ: KFRC), a full-service professional staffing firm. Also, Debra Schaffler, Vice President of Operations and Business Development for Sci-Tek, will become Director of Training for Yoh. Before joining Sci-Tek, Schaffler was a training and leadership development consultant and spent 19 years as a sales and marketing executive for a variety of AT&T units.
