Acquisition of Reliable Security Guard Agency Inc. increases Day & Zimmermann's New England footprint, and allows entry into new vertical markets
PHILADELPHIA, Pa.—April 26, 2007—Day & Zimmermann Security Services, a leading provider of managed security services, today announced it has completed the acquisition of Reliable Security Guard Agency Inc., one of the largest and most successful privately owned and operated security firms in New England. The acquisition of the company expands Day & Zimmermann Security Services' New England portfolio, and increases its customer offerings with the addition of 600 uniformed security guards.
