Joint venture integrates Day & Zimmermann's robust SAP® application model with Dassian's product development and support experience to help customers more effectively manage projects
PHILADELPHIA, Pa.—April 23, 2007—Day & Zimmermann, a nationally recognized provider of outsourcing solutions and managed services for government and commercial customers, and Dassian Inc., a leading Legal Compliance solution provider and an SAP development partner, today announced the formation of a joint venture that will offer SAP users enhanced project and contract management solutions. The joint venture, dubbed Day & Zimmermann Dassian LLC, combines Dassian's capabilities to design and support extensions to SAP® applications with Day & Zimmermann's extensive experience with SAP application implementations in defense markets. Day & Zimmermann Dassian officially launched today at SAPPHIRE® '07, SAP's international customer conference being held in Atlanta, Georgia, April 22 – 25, and is being represented at Booth 753.
