Joseph Ucciferro is president and CEO for Day & Zimmermann's commercial and public sector businesses.

Mr. Ucciferro has more than 30 years of senior management experience in technical management, project management and executive management.  He was formerly president of Day & Zimmermann NPS®, president of Day & Zimmermann Field Services, president and CEO of Day & Zimmermann LLC, president and CEO of Day & Zimmermann International, Inc., and president and CEO of the Yoh Company.

Outside the company, Mr. Ucciferro demonstrates his strong commitment to safety as vice chairman of the board of directors and chairman of the board of delegates that governs the National Safety Council – a not-for-profit, non-governmental, international public service organization dedicated to protecting life and promoting health. 

Mr. Ucciferro holds a bachelor of science and master's degree in Civil Engineering, as well as a doctorate in Applied Mechanics, from Drexel University.
