Bill Hamm is senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary of Day & Zimmermann.  In that role, he serves on the company's executive committee and is responsible for the company's strategic planning, legal and government affairs functions.  Mr. Hamm joined the company in 1987 as general counsel and has held a variety of roles since that time.

Mr. Hamm has more than 25 years of experience in a broad variety of industries, including engineering and construction, maintenance and modification, manufacturing, staffing, security and federal government services.

Mr. Hamm holds an undergraduate degree in mathematics from the University of Wisconsin and is a graduate of Harvard Law School.  He is a member of the American, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin bar associations.
