Day & Zimmermann furthers a culture of diversity and inclusion by encouraging the formation of and participation in Employee Resource Groups -- employee-initiated, grassroots, voluntary and inclusive groups. Each group is fully supported by an executive sponsor, co-chairs and an HR advisor.
Employee Resource Groups use grassroots efforts to help drive diversity and inclusion at Day & Zimmermann by helping the company achieve business objectives through recruiting efforts, building strong links to the community, and strengthening communication between employees and management, and among employees.
