Day & Zimmermann recognizes the importance of building financial security for the retirement years and has designed a 401(k) savings program to assist employees in meeting their financial goals.

The 401(k) plan allows employees to save for the future and offers a wide variety of investment options. Day & Zimmermann will match 100% of the first 2% of employees’ contributions and 45% of the next 6% of their contributions. Employees are 100% vested after five years of service.
